Approval for your claim will be finalized only after a thorough assessment of the submitted evidence.

    • The damage/defect is reported within 72 hours of delivery.
    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof (e.g., unboxing video, photos).

    • A replacement will be shipped within 10 to 21 business days upon verification, subject to product availability.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit.
